MaimHaim Bible Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users in relation to the use of MaimHaim Bible (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the necessary matters for users' use of digital content and additional features provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  • Digital content-based features including Bible reading, search, notes, original language dictionaries, and text decomposition
  • App license (one-time) and add-on products
  • Account-based synchronization service

Article 3 (Formation of Service Agreement)

  • A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and completes registration or the purchase process.
  • The service provider may adjust the scope of certain features as operationally necessary.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  • Product prices follow the amounts listed on the Plans & Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed through the payment methods designated by the Service.
  • The payment amount and the listed product price are maintained identically.

Article 5 (Service Period)

  • The Service is provided immediately upon completion of payment.
  • The maximum service period is up to 12 months from the date of payment.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refunds)

  • Withdrawal and refund criteria follow applicable laws and the Refund Policy.
  • Once digital content delivery has commenced, withdrawal may be restricted under applicable law.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

  • Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and operational policies.
  • Users are responsible for managing their account information.
  • Abnormal use of the Service or infringement of rights is prohibited.

Article 8 (Service Restrictions)

  • Service usage may be restricted if violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or interference with service operations are identified.
  • Temporary suspensions may occur for security or maintenance purposes.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The service provider may limit liability within the scope of applicable law for damages caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or the user's own fault.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the parties and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Article 11 (Effective Date)

These Terms are effective from March 18, 2026.
